Outreach sends

Every form submission (and Reply.io enrollment) shows here with its HTTP status, response excerpt, and a coarse success_signal classification. Use this to spot silent-fail forms: http_2xx_unknown = the form 200'd but our acknowledgment-phrase check didn't match. That doesn't always mean the form swallowed the submit — but a vertical batch full of those is a red flag.
